Set an estimate on the relevant task
Choose the project and task the work belongs to, then set its Max Hours estimate and keep the task details up to date. A meaningful task description gives those hours context. Review the record while the work is still fresh so the team does not need to reconstruct the activity from separate notes later.
Review what is billable
An hour estimate and a billable flag are separate decisions. Check the task’s billing details against the work you have agreed with your customer. Completing a task or entering hours does not, by itself, send an invoice or collect a payment.
Keep the project history useful
Use task progress and comments to explain the work alongside its hour estimate. The team can see what was done and what remains to be handled. When a requirement changes, update the task context so the person reviewing billable work has the information needed to make a clear selection.
Bring selected work into Midas
Your Yasa account works in both apps. In Hercules, select the billable work and choose Send to Midas. Select the billable tasks for the customer invoice you are preparing and review the resulting lines. The connection is optional: Hercules can remain your project workspace, and Midas can also create invoices from manually entered work.
