Keep each application’s purpose clear

Use Hercules for project organisation, assignments, comments and task progress. Use Midas for customer billing, invoice drafts and invoice records. The connection brings selected work into the billing workflow without turning a project status update into a financial action.

Select work in Hercules

Use your Yasa account in both apps. Select billable tasks in Hercules and choose Send to Midas, then review the customer, quantities and prices in the invoice editor. Public registration does not make another organisation’s records public, and a Nexus panel account is not needed.

Select and check the work

Choose the billable tasks that belong on the customer invoice. Review the selection and the invoice details before proceeding. Task completion, hour estimates and billability are useful signals for review; none of them automatically issues or sends an invoice to the customer.

Use the connection only where it helps

Some work starts with a project and task record. Other invoices start directly in Midas. Both workflows are supported, and each application can be used independently. Your team can organise work in Hercules while billing is reviewed in Midas, with a clear handoff between the two.
